An Alpha Welcome:

We are excited that you recognize the need for a high school diploma!  Alpha offers you an opportunity to continue your dream of a successful and profitable life by taking advantage of an education. Nothing is free that is of value.  Working toward a diploma is just that, WORK!!  However, it can be done and if you desire a high school diploma that is recognized as being fully accredited, then Alpha is an option. We welcome you to come and check us out.  We would love to talk with you and hear your dreams and goals.

Alpha is an alternative school assisting students in recovery of credits utilizing a computer based curriculum.  Our software is the A+ Learning System designed to meet the Oklahoma Pass Skill Objectives and developed to assist students in completing the necessary credits for achieving a high school diploma. 

Alpha began in 2002, as a designed plan to meet the needs of students who for many reasons, had not finished the requirements for graduation.  Many students are older and have lost hope of ever attaining a diploma.  After being in the work force and finding it difficult to compete, many students come asking for the opportunity to finish their high school work.  Our four hours and twelve minutes is attractive to many and they find ways to shift work hours at their job and attend school. 

Many of our students are parents who have discovered the responsibility of raising children makes it necessary to have an education in order to provide for their families.  Alpha is a partner with these students who want to make a better life and we work at being as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of Santa Fe South Schools Inc.  A large number of our students graduate and go on to college.  Several have been concurrently enrolled in SFS Alpha and at Oklahoma City Community College. We encourage our students to go on to college and various trade schools. Each year roughly a third (1/3) of the graduates of Santa Fe South Schools Inc. are Alpha students
