SFS Pathways Senior Named to President's Leadership Class
Santa Fe South Schools

Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College Senior Aleyda was selected as one of the 15 students in the Southwestern Oklahoma State University President’s Leadership Class (PLC) for 2024-25. 

As a part of the President's Leadership Class, Aleyda will have the opportunity to:

  • Receive a $1,000 Scholarship/Stipend for the Freshman and Sophomore years.
  • Cover the cost of her dorm room her Freshman year
  • Meet monthly with the University's President with her PLC cohort

Both SFS High Schools Named Oklahoma's Promise Champs

Congratulations to Santa Fe South High School and Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College for being name State Champions for the Oklahoma's Promise Scholarship for 2023!

SFS Pathways was named the 2A State Champion with 31 Oklahoma's Promise Graduates, and SFS High School was named the with 6A State Champion with 80 Oklahoma’s Promise graduates. This is Santa Fe South’s 15th consecutive year as champion.

Oklahoma's Promise was founded by state lawmakers in 1992 to help more Oklahoma families send their children to college, providing students with funds for in-state college tuition. SFS High School student wins $10,000 scholarship

Several SFS students and educators were honored and received awards at the South OKC Chamber Education Awards Banquet in late April. 

  • Santa Fe South High School student Kahmai won a $10,000 Walmart scholarship, the largest scholarship offered at the event
  • Jonathan Montoya won Metro Tech Student of the Year
  • Estrella Rodríguez won the Women of the South scholarship
  • SFS had several teachers nominated for the Teacher of the Year Award from Santa Fe South Hills Elementary and Santa Fe South Early Childhood Center
  • Santa Fe South High School Principal Jace Kirk won the Administrator of the Year Award!

Our Saints make us proud every single day, and we are grateful to the South OKC community it’s for recognizing their hard work and dedication!

High School Info Night

All current and prospective SFS students who will be entering the 9th grade in the 2024-25 school year and their families are welcome to attend a High School Information Night at SFS Middle School (6921 Plaza Mayor Blvd) on Thursday, February 22nd from 6-7:30pm. 

The presentation (given in Spanish and English) will introduce our two high school options at Santa Fe South, SFS High School and SFS Pathways Middle College, and explain how to make your campus selection online. Principals from both campuses will be available to meet families and answer questions.

Join us on Tuesday, February 27th from 6-7pm at SFS Penn Elementary

All current and prospective SFS students who will be entering the 6th grade in the 2024-25 school year and their families are welcome to attend a Middle School Information Night at SFS Penn Elementary (5325 S. Pennsylvania Ave.) on Tuesday, February 27th from 6-7pm. 

The presentation (given in Spanish and English) will introduce middle school at Santa Fe South in general, present the two middle school campus locations within the Santa Fe South district, and explain how to make your campus selection online. Principals from both SFS Middle School and SFS West Middle School will be available to meet families and answer questions.
